Application：

This series of machine is mainly used in shipbuilding industry such as plate bending, flanging, correction, etc., and for the industrial fields such as petrochemical, boiler plate , and for thick sheets forming .

Features：

■ The host adopts a variety of specially designed composite frame gantry frame, both indenter fixed structure, and indenter and table can move synchronously and 360-degree synchronous rotation structure, at the same time can also be equipped with steel plate lifting device and material in and out synchronous lifting roller table, used for steel plate transmission, to meet various of radian surface steel plate surface forming.

■ Hydraulic system has special cartridge integration of various valve group and the control unit, the speed and pressure of  ram can be adjust within fixed scope of parameters, ensure  with flexible and controllable pressing process.

■ Electric control system by PLC touch screen control, with full collection and detection device for the whole process , and to set the parameters of the pressing process, storage, and etc., to ensure the plate forming precision.

■ According to the requirement of the molding process and equipment using environment, the machine adopts modern design method, ensure more secure, more efficiency, easy operation and maintenance of design.
