Application:
This high precision automatic cold press line is used for forming of LNG Marine polyurethane insulated box after being coated with glue.
The specific work flow of this press line is as follows:
■ Polyurethane insulated box products are assembled and stacked on the bottom plate by robot, the size of the bottom plate is 3700X1400mm .
■ The insulation box products together with the bottom plate are transported to each press station on the line by programmed RGV trolleys, the height of trolley is 470mm .
■ The conveyor plate chain on the working platform under the press is jacked up at the same time, and it needs to be higher than the flat table :20mm .
■ The conveyor plate chain on the RGV trolley is connected with the conveyor plate chain on the working platform under the press at the same speed ratio .
■ The polyurethane material to be pressed is transported to the set position through the plate chain (photoelectric sensor control) .
■ At the same time, the conveyor plate chain on the lower working platform is lowered to the lower working table :5-20mm;
■ The bottom surface of the bottom plate is fitted to the bottom working platform surface in place;
■ After the upper working platform surface drops to the upper surface of the insulation box product at a uniform speed, the pressure is pressurized and held on .
■ After the pressure holding time reaches the set value, the speed of the upper working platform surface rising rapidly into place: > 700mm/min .
■ The lower platform plate chain is jacked up in place at the same time, and the pressed product is transported to the unstacking area by RGV trolley .
■ After the completes one-cycle of work, wait for the signal and repeat the above work.
