Machine Features:
■ This series of press adopts PLC control
technology to realize the orderly control of each stage in the pressing
process, and the transmission mode adopts hydraulic transmission and mechanical
positioning to ensure the consistency of repeated positioning accuracy, density
and height of the product, and can be equipped with a fully enclosed device
according to user requirements.
■ In the pressing process, using the upper
and lower pressure head synchronous bidirectional isobaric process, so that the
product is bidirectional uniform pressing, ensure uniform product densityand high
consistency.
■ When pressing, the floating pressing speed
of the die is 1/2 of the running speed of the upper punch, and the product
density is uniform. During the pressing process, the product is always located
in the center of the pole head, and the hydraulic proportional floating system
is optional.
■ This series of press adopts frame
combination structure, bidirection pressing molding process, and is equipped
with demould protection mechanism, the mold structure is simple, easy to
replace.
Electromagnet :
■ Electromagnet has the advantages of
uniform magnetic field, high field strength, fast magnetization and so on.
■ Copper tube water cooler is installed in
the wire package room to ensure continuous and stable operation.
■The electronic
control part adopts PLC control and advanced stable and reliable rectifier
power supply device, which has the functions of overcurrent protection,
magnetizing undercurrent alarm, line package continuous current fast inverter
and so on.
