How to Install Debug Four-column Hydraulic Press

1. cleaning the whole machine and rust-proof oil.

2. Connect  to the cooling water.

3. Put the hydraulic oil into the tank, here recommend use 68 # hydraulic oil, about 270 liters of oil injection.

4. Connecting to  the power supply and check line, then start the motor, to observe the motor rotation direction.

5. install a block between the  slider and bolster .

6 check the travel switch  if loose, and whether need to readjust.
