Hydraulic Press Working Theory

Basic principle is the oil pump transfer hydraulic oil to the integrated cartridge valve, through one-way valve and relief valve assigned to the cylinders of the hydraulic oil upper  cavity or lower cavity , under the action of high pressure oil, make the oil cylinder movement.

Hydraulic press is using liquid to transfer pressure  in the airtight container  to transfer pressure ,followed with Pascal's principle .

Four-column hydraulic press hydraulic drive system made of  the power of mechanism, control mechanism, actuator, auxiliary mechanism and the working medium.

Power mechanism usually adopt oil pump as power, generally for the collect type oil pump. In order to meet the requirements of actuator movement speed, to choose one pump or more oil pumps .Low voltage (hydraulic is less than 2.5 MP) gear pump; Medium voltage (hydraulic is less than 6.3 MP) use vane pump;(hydraulic high pressure is less than 32.0 MP) adopt with plunger pump.

The pressure suitable for  all kinds of plastic materials processing and forming, such as steel plate extrusion, bending, deep drawing of stainless steel and metal parts, cold pressing forming ,at the same time can also be used in powder products, grinding wheel,  and suppression of thermosetting resin products.
